Constructed in 1937, the Trail Creek Cabin offers a unique dining experience amidst the unmistakably cozy atmosphere of the Old West. The four-season menu includes a Western fare of prime rib, steak, Idaho mountain trout and barbeque ribs as well as a full bar. During the winter, access by sleigh, snowshoe, nordic ski or car; summertime make it a hike, bike ride or car trip and dine on the deck with breathtaking views.

This winter take a sleigh to Trail Creek Cabin for lunch or dinner.  Horse-drawn sleighs leave the Sun Valley Inn Tuesday through Saturday at Noon for a buffet lunch and again at 5:45, 7:00 & 8:15pm for a family style dinner. Because of the wild popularity of the restaurant in the winter, Sun Valley has added more dining space in the form of a cozy Yurt for the winter which seats about 35 more people in addition to the cabin.
