Its almost summertime! Summer lift operations will begin Saturday June 27 for rides and mountain bike traffic. Due to the Gondola construction, the River Run Trail and the Interconnect Trail from River Run to the Warm Springs Trail are closed. The Bald Mountain Trail will remain open for hiking with access to the overlook, and on to the top of Baldy. Pete Lanes and the Brass Ranch at River Run Plaza will open for the summer on Saturday May 23. Call 622-6146 for more information. No vehicles will be allowed across the bridge or at the River Run Plaza. Please keep your pets on a leash. This information will be updated regularly once summer operations start and will include current construction trail closures and weather updates. Come on out and see us!

Over at Dollar Mountain the wildflowers on the back side are in full bloom already! The best way to see them is via the Dollar Loop Trail that goes up through Hidden Valley just to the right of Half Dollar Lift and on up to the summit from the back side. To finish the loop, you travel around toward Elkhorn and down the foot path toward Quarter Dollar Lift. Remember, it is always better to walk on the foot paths than in the ski runs. The paths are less steep and better for walking... See you out there!

This Week in Sun Valley
