The Lodge Dining Room, located on the second floor of the historic Sun Valley Lodge, provides a beautiful and time-honored setting for private dinners, weddings or special events.
The Dining Room’s classic two level design features glass windowpane entry doors, marble stairways with brass railings and panoramic, floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Sun Valley grounds.

The Dining Room’s décor is centered on an elegant chandelier and is enhanced by a rich and dramatic color scheme. The unique layout of the Dining Room provides seating at traditional tables, vintage high back booths and distinctive alcoves overlooking the main floor, each with a “front-row” view of the dance floor.

AVAILABILITY
The Lodge Dining Room is available to rent year-round for day and evening functions on a space available basis. The Lodge Dining Room is also open to the public year-round for dinner and Sunday Brunch and therefore may not be available on weekends or during peak seasons.

RENTAL FEE
The rental fee for the Lodge Dining Room is $4,000.00, plus 9% sales tax, and includes use of the Dining Room, existing tables, buffet tables, chairs, baby grand piano and dance floor. For an additional fee, we would be happy to reserve the traditional Sun Valley Trio for you entertainment.

Full payment for the rental fee is due at the time the reservation is made and is fully refundable up to 6 moths prior to the date of the function. Within 6 months of the date of the function, the entire rental fee is non-refundable. Reservations are not guaranteed until rental fees are received.

Wedding Venue Request Form

Sun Valley Company venues and facilities may be reserved for wedding ceremonies and receptions within eight months of the date you wish to reserve. Prior to eight months, names are added to a waiting list on a first come first serve basis.
