The Sun Room is located on the second floor of the Sun Valley Lodge. It is the sitting room for the Sun Valley Lodge and contains 2 large mantle fireplaces, 2 luxurious sofas, and a baby grand piano. There are also game tables flanked by multiple bay windows with a full view of Bald Mountain, Dollar Mountain and the Outdoor Ice Rink. The Sun Room is most popular for intimate ceremonies and festive cocktail receptions. The Sun Room may also be available for smaller private dinners.
The Sun Room is available for private use by reservation only. Please check with the Sun Valley Catering office to make a reservation
The rental fee for the Sun Room ranges from $750.00 - $1000.00, plus 8% sales tax and includes the use of the existing furniture and the Sun Room Terrace. All additional set up needs are an additional cost.
Full payment for the rental fee is due at the time the reservation is made and is fully refundable up to 6 months prior to the date of the function. Within 6 months of the date of the function, the entire rental fee is non-refundable. Reservations are not guaranteed until rental fees are received.

Sun Valley Company venues and facilities may be reserved for wedding ceremonies and receptions within eight months of the date you wish to reserve. Prior to eight months, names are added to a waiting list on a first come first serve basis.
