Sun Valley Opera House

Situated in the heart of Sun Valley Village, the Opera House was built in 1937 and serves as Sun Valley's charming 340-seat theatre. Ticket prices: $8.00 for adults, $6.00 for seniors (60 and over) and children (12 and under).

Love Is In The Air - Starring soprano Michelle Johnson and baritone Brian Major

Audiences will be entertained by the critically acclaimed rising opera star, Michelle Johnson, winner of the Metropolitan Opera's National Council Auditions, singing with husband Brian Major in the Sun Valley Opera's winter concert. The newlyweds will entertain the audience with a concert of love songs perfect for Valentine's Day. Inquirer music critic David Patrick Stearns has said of Johnson " On a good night, Opera soprano Michelle Johnson is the bullfighter and the audience is the bull-there to be teased, attracted, provoked and (pleasurably) slain.
