Fantastic Friday's Learn to Skate
4pm $150 per 10 week session
Includes ice time on Friday, 25 minutes of class instruction, skate rental if needed and 1 extra practice session each week.
Advanced Basic Skills
Tuesday & Thursday 5–6pm $150 per 10 week session
Includes ice time and skate rental if needed. Circuit class format with 2 instructors for the hour.
Freestyle Class
Monday & Wednesday 4–5pm $150 per 10 week session
Includes ice time. Circuit class format with 2 instructors for the hour.
Dance/Moves in the Field Class
Wednesday 5–6pm $75 per 10 week session
Includes ice time on Wednesday. Circuit class format with 2 instructors for the hour.

Indoor Rink
The indoor rink is a full-size rink and the summer home of the Sun Valley Figure Skating School and open hockey. The Sun Valley Suns call the indoor rink their home in the winter and schedule games every Friday and Saturday evenings. We offer stick and puck and open hockey.

Clinics
Class will focus on Craig's techniques to improve overall speed, length of spins and positions.With the new judging system in place, this is the perfect time to give extra attention to all of your spins.
Give your day a "JUMP" start with Craig's "Jump to Win."Class will focus on jump technique, exercises to improve jumping ability, solid landing positions and overall consistency. Craig will guide you in the right direction to be the best jumper that you can be.
This class will offer skaters a warm-up routine and practice basic and complex movement, using exercises with edges and turns. Helpful in strengthening overall skating skills and creative ability for step sequences and connecting steps. Done in the style of a ballet class, skaters will learn to skate in partnerships and formations. Ability to do 3-turns, brackets, counters & rockers helpful. Juvenile level and above.
Learn how to perform like a pro. Each week a new dance combination is taught to music and developed to performance quality by Friday. Focus is on learning newstep combinations, counting music, learning to perform and developing different styles. This class is fast, energetic, and fun. Great for all levels of skating - even the pros!
Join us on the beautiful outdoor rink for a morning of learning & fun. Class is for adults only, taught by a rotating staff of professionals focusing on a different aspect of the sport each day. Skills include edges, moves, dance, choreography, style, musical interpretation, show skating moves, precision, figures, freestyle, stretching techniques and more. Coffee included in the session price.
Each day will focus on different strength and conditioning exercises, including stretching, off-ice jumps, Bosu Ball, dance, etc. to help build core strength and flexibility. Ballet Studio.

Skaters will explore a wide range of musical styles and ideas, with an emphasis on the dramatic and show business side of skating. Individual and group exercises are used to enhance creativity and performance quality. Focus is on musical interpretation, character development, use of space, relating to an audience,working with props and showskating moves.This is a fun class and all levels of skaters are welcome.
Make your spirals sparkle and shine. Class will focus on basic spirals to advanced spirals, variations and extensions.Emphasis will be on technique, turn out, extension and flexibility, while working on sustaining positions and being creative.
This class will focus on all the different traditional "showtricks" such as butterflys, illusions, hydroblading, stars, spread eagles, hitch kicks, etc
Off-ice classes will focus on alignment, placement and movement understanding. Improve upper body carriage and strength, arm placement and flexibility for the ice. Pilates is a full-body conditioning for core-strength and elongation of muscles for greater flexibility. Ballet Studio.Dates:

Maximize your overall power on the ice through your edges, your knees and your feet. Exercises and drills will be adapted to all levels of skating.
Whether you're a beginner or experienced ice dancer, hone your skills in this class. Join our rotating staff of dance coaches and experience the thrill of one of figure skating'smost popular disciplines.
Take your skating to new heights! Jozef will focus on a different jump each week, emphasizing technique and practice exercises. Video analysis and Jozef's renowned jumping skills will have you soaring above the competition.

2. Next select your sessions by placing a check-mark next to your desired session on the Summer Skating Schedule form.
