On a hot summer’s night, there’s almost nothing better than enjoying a cold beer in a frosty mug. But what is even better is enjoying a nine-course beer dinner. Konditorei Manager Matt Robinson said the evening “will feature fantastic American cuisine paired to accentuate the flavor profile of the Victory Brewing line.” That’s a full nine courses of deliciousness paired with the best microbrews!

Victory Brewing Company is as All-American as a July 4 barbecue and offers the perfect sip for summer. Started by two lifelong friends, the brand has its roots in Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania with a strong influence from southern Germany and the Netherlands. According to the brewers, they “meld European ingredients and traditions with American creativity … to achieve exciting flavors.” Among the offerings are ‘Golden Monkey’ Belgian-style Tripel, ‘Hop Devil’ Indian Pale Ale, ‘Storm King’ stout, ‘Summer Love’ ale, and 28 others! Many will be on offer at the Konditorei.
The beers of Victory Brewing are a perfect complement to the delicious fare at the Konditorei. This Austrian-inspired eatery with very modern flair focuses on fresh, local, and creative. Up to 70 guests will enjoy this evening of food, drink, and fun. The nine-courses are broken down into three, three-flight courses, allowing for maximum enjoyment, the opportunity to learn about both the beer and the food, and to discover why they are a great match. Considerable care and consideration go into creating the perfect blend of flavors and refreshment for each flight.
The cost for the evening is $65 per person which includes gratuity and tax so all you need to do is take your seat and let the fun begin. According to Matt, the Konditorei beer dinners are a relaxing and interactive way to eat, drink, and enjoy. The quality of the dinner is top-notch and you are sure to leave satisfied.
There will be two more beer dinners this summer to enjoy so mark your calendar now. On August 26, the focus will be on California brews and on September 30, the theme is Oktoberfest. There are normally four beer dinners offered during the winter, too, so there is much to look forward to.
