Mountain Dining - Summer
THE ROUNDHOUSE
The historic Roundhouse, perched at 7,700 ft. on Bald Mountain, opens June 22 for summer dining. Guests can hop a ride on the new Roundhouse Gondola or hike to the restaurant which first opened in 1939.
Drinks and snacks are served from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm, lunch is served from 11:00 - 3:00 pm. The menu offers something to satisfy everyone's taste – from Averell's Salad with grilled shrimp, Vidalia onion and asparagus Quiche to Roundhouse Club Crab or char-grilled beef or Northwest lamb burger.
First gondola ride up is at 9 am and the last ride down is at 4:30 pm.

Lunch at The Roundhouse
Summer lunch at the Roundhouse is back! Enjoy full table service in our main dining room, Averell's Bar, or on the deck hovering above the enormous summer views of Ketchum and the adjacent Pioneer mountains. Complete parties are seated on a first-come, first-served basis. Large parties of 8 or more may make a reservation for table service by calling Restaurant Reservations at 208.622.2800.

Evening Dining at the Roundhouse
Join us at 7700 feet, mid-way up Bald Mountain, for a spectacular dinner experience. Sun Valley Resort inaugurates summer evening dining at the Roundhouse. Upscale, relaxed dining with casual elegance is offered, amid breathtaking views and nostalgic ambiance.
Enjoy a beverage before your reservation! Also new for dinner services, Averell's Bar will be open for our dinner guests as a lounge with full bar service. Parties will be sat at their reserved time, so please arrive early to meet up with your party and enjoy the views.

Mountain Dining - Winter
RIVER RUN DAY LODGE
Overlooking the Big Wood River at the base of Baldy on the River Run side, this restaurant provides a magnificent setting for skiers and non-skiers alike. The servery offers a lavish salad bar, Deli, Idaho potatoes, wood-fired pizza, a grill and the very popular wok station. Open for breakfast, lunch and après ski.

WARM SPRINGS LODGE
Regular guests of Warm Springs Lodge know what to expect when the bell rings announcing that fresh, hot chocolate chip cookies are coming out of the oven. Located on the Warm Springs side of Baldy, the restaurant serves fresh pasta, gourmet salads, grill specialties, pizzas and a great Idaho Potato Bar.
Open for breakfast, lunch and après ski.

SEATTLE RIDGE LODGE
Ranked in the top 10 ski lodges by Skiing Magazine, this stunning lodge is perched atop Baldy at an elevation of 8,800 feet. The menu includes rotisserie meats, mesquite grilled entrees, soups, pizzas, Idaho potato bar, and gourmet salads. Wrap-around decks offer majestic views - a picture perfect spot for a hot drink.

CAROL'S DOLLAR MOUNTAIN LODGE
Sun Valley's newest mountain dining spot, this lodge is very "kid friendly" with the Sun Valley Children's Center just across the Lobby. However, menu items go beyond children's fare. Although the macaroni & cheese is hard to beat, succulent rotisserie chicken and oven-fired pizza is served with other entrees daily.
