Self-Service Ticket Kiosks

Already purchased Bald Mountain or Dollar Mountain lift tickets? Don’t wait in line at the ticket window. Tickets purchased in advance can be picked up at our self-service kiosks located at River Run and Warm Springs base areas at Bald Mountain. 

How It Works:

1. Scan the barcode/QR code in your purchase confirmation email from your phone or printed confirmation

2. All tickets in your order will be printed on a Sun Valley Ticket Card. If you have purchased multiple days, they are all loaded onto one Sun Valley Ticket Card.

3. If you made multiple separate lift ticket purchases you must scan every individual barcode/QR code to print them. If you purchased tickets and loaded them onto an existing Ticket Card you do not need to scan the bar code, the days are already loaded onto your Ticket Card and you can go directly to the lift. 

4. Please put your Sun Valley Ticket Card in a pocket that does not have other lift tickets/passes, credit cards, or cell phones in it.

Reloading Your Sun Valley Card

You can reload your Sun Valley Ticket Card with more days either online or at any lift ticket window. To do so online, login to your account and choose ‘Reload Sun Valley Ticket Card’ during the checkout process. You can either select the existing card you would like to reload or type in the card number when prompted.

If you have reloaded a lift ticket onto an existing Sun Valley Ticket Card online, you can go directly to the lift. There is no need to visit a lift ticket window or kiosk.
