More Spa Services

The Fitness Center at the new Spa at Sun Valley is outfitted with spin bikes, Precor aerobic equipment, Hoist weight machines, Hampton weights, and a serene Yoga Room. Views of the new and expansive pool/cabana area and Baldy Mountain are sure to inspire you to push your workout just a bit. Daily and yearly memberships are available and use of the pool and Fitness Center amenities are included with a spa treatment.

Lodge & Inn Fitness Center reservations required.  Reservations are scheduled for a maximum of 1 - 2 hour time periods throughout the day and is based on available occupancy.  Reservations can be made by calling the Pool & Fitness reception desk at 203-622-2139 from 7 AM - 8 PM daily.  14 & younger must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Focus on an exploration of basic yoga poses and how to connect them through attention to breathing, alignment, and mindfulness. Therapeutic in nature, you will learn techniques to help gain flexibility, strength, and balance while immersing yourself in a relaxing class that moves at a perfectly slower pace allowing ample time to enjoy each pose. All levels are welcome.


Calm the mind and body with this soothing Restorative Yoga class. During the class, you will be guided to mindfully and consciously notice thoughts and sensations in your body. You will leave feeling well-rested and refreshed; with a new cultivated awareness and clarity. All levels are welcome.


This practice focuses on the synchronization of breath & the continuous flow of movement. Vinyasa is a strong practice that builds heat, endurance, flexibility, strength and mental focus. This class can be strenuous; may be appropriate for beginners.


Infuse your yoga practice with energy, stability, and balance by combining asana with high-intensity interval training alternating intervals of high and low intensity. This class will help you build strength and burn calories while also inspiring you to feel empowered and balance.


Emerge into the sounds of the Crystal bowls combine with yoga practice opening a gateway to your deepest being and the song of your healing heart. Access the sounds of your inner soul through your body and your voice. Discover frequencies of health, love, forgiveness, and rejuvenation as you learn to activate your true essence and light from within through vibrational connection.


Gentle, therapeutic approach to Essential Low Back. Asanas stretch and strengthen the alignment of the spine and muscles that support the posture. Focus is on the breath through the movements to open the energetic flow for the spine. All levels welcome.
