Event Registration
Event registration will be located in the Sun Valley Village. Registration dates and times will be announced soon. Please look out for further communication.
VIP Tent
- The VIP tent will be open March 20th–21st & March 23rd–25th. Hours to be announced closer to the event.
- The VIP tent will be closed on March 22nd (no race events on this day).
- Upon entering the VIP tent, you will be given a wristband and your ticket will be punched. Please keep both handy throughout the day's VIP experience. You can come and go from the tent throughout the day. You must show your wristband and your ticket upon re-entry.
- Breakfast, lunch, snacks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be served. IDs are required to show proof of legal drinking age.
- Children and infants must have a VIP ticket to enter the VIP tent.
ADA Access for VIP Tent:
- Higher Ground will be onsite at the Warm Springs base area to assist with all ADA needs.
- Please note: There is no Handicap parking in the Warm Springs lots. Please park at one of the various parking lots around town and utilize Mountain Rides, which is ADA accessible. Mountain Rides will drop you off at the correct bus stop where Sun Valley staff will then assist with transfer to the VIP tent.
VIP Shuttles
VIP Shuttles will be provided by Audi.
- There will be no public parking at Warm Springs during the event. Shuttles will be readily available. Additional information coming soon.
