 On the ice, the Sun Valley Outdoor Ice Rink has some of the best views in the valley. Come watch Olympic and world-class skaters — take a lesson, get an autograph or just watch them perform. One of the few year-round outdoor ice rinks in the country, ours is home to the celebrated Sun Valley ice shows. The indoor rink is full-size and is the summer home of the Sun Valley Figure Skating School and open hockey. In winter, the Sun Valley Suns call this rink home, with games every Friday and Saturday night.

    Spring Break in Sun Valley

    0

    Vacation in the mountains By Kitt Doucette
    Where are we going for Spring Break this year? It’s a great question to ask and an even better one to answer.
    Sure, there are the traditional options like Hawaii and Mexico, but consider this;
    Do they have days on end of crystal clear, piercing blue, Idaho mountain skies?
    Can you ride corn snow so soft and smooth that it often gets compared to butter?
    What about soak in a hot pool at a historic lodge and sip on a cold local beer with beautiful snow covered peaks all around?
    ...
