Yes – Sun Valley and Snowbasin season passes will offer the typical suite of passes with a few adjustments to benefit season pass holders. Starting with the 2022-23 winter season, Sun Valley and Snowbasin will offer a new platinum product at each resort. The new Sun Valley Challenger Platinum and Snowbasin Premier Platinum passes will receive an Ikon Base Pass, 50% off lift tickets to all Mountain Collective Resorts, in addition to all access and benefits of the Sun Valley Challenger and Snowbasin Premier passes.
The Sun and Snow Pass will not be available for the 2022-23 winter.
The Sun Valley Challenger Pass provides unlimited access to Sun Valley Resort’s Bald Mountain and Dollar Mountain, unlimited access to Snowbasin Resort, four 50% off friends and family lift tickets for the 2022-23 season, 20% off stays at all Grand America Hotels & Resorts properties, and NEW for the 2022-23 winter season is 50% off lift tickets at Mountain Collective Resorts.
The Sun Valley Challenger Platinum Pass is NEW for the 2022-23 winter season and provides the same benefits as the regular Challenger Pass PLUS two additional (six total) 50% off friends & family lift tickets and an Ikon Base Pass. There is also an option for pass holders to add a discounted Sun Valley Nordic Pass to your Challenger Platinum Pass.
Snowbasin Premier Platinum Passes are NEW starting with the 2022-23 winter season and include an Ikon Base Pass. This pass also provides the same benefits as the regular Premier Pass.

Yes – Sun Valley and Snowbasin will accept the 25 percent off Friends & Family vouchers issued by Ikon Pass and redeemed at www.ikonpass.com prior to your arrival at either resort.
No, Ikon Pass access doesn’t begin until the 2022-23 winter season. Only Snowbasin Premier and Value Passes and Sun Valley Challenger Passes purchased for the 2022-23 season can enjoy complimentary skiing for the remainder of this season. Passes must be paid in full to receive this benefit.
For the 2022-23 winter season, Sun Valley Challenger Pass and Challenger Platinum Pass Holders and Snowbasin Premier Pass and Premier Plus Pass Holders will receive 50 percent off day window tickets at all Mountain Collective resorts.
Mountain Collective Pass Holders will receive up to two days of unrestricted access at both Sun Valley and Snowbasin and an additional 50 percent off day window tickets for pass holders.
Mountain Collective Pass Holders are able to select one mountain to ski for up to three days.
