Yes – Sun Valley and Snowbasin season passes will offer the typical suite of passes with a few adjustments to benefit season pass holders. Starting with the 2022-23 winter season, Sun Valley and Snowbasin offers a new platinum product at each resort. The new Sun Valley Challenger Platinum and Snowbasin Premier Platinum passes will receive an Ikon Base Pass, 50% off lift tickets to all Mountain Collective Resorts, in addition to all access and benefits of the Sun Valley Challenger and Snowbasin Premier passes.
The Sun Valley Challenger Pass provides unlimited access to Sun Valley Resort’s Bald Mountain and Dollar Mountain, unlimited access to Snowbasin Resort, four 50% off friends and family lift tickets for the 2023–24 season, 20% off stays at all Grand America Hotels & Resorts properties, and 50% off lift tickets at Mountain Collective Resorts.
The Sun Valley Challenger Platinum Pass provides the same benefits as the regular Challenger Pass PLUS two additional (six total) 50% off friends & family lift tickets and an Ikon Base Pass. There is also an option for pass holders to add a discounted Sun Valley Nordic Pass to your Challenger Platinum Pass.
Snowbasin Premier Platinum Pass includes an Ikon Base Pass. This pass also provides the same benefits as the regular Premier Pass.
