Held on Dollar Mountain's specially designed learning area with gentle, treeless terrain, Kinder Cubs is the ideal introduction to skiing. With experienced children's instructors, a low-pressure environment, and plenty of encouragement, your child will experience the joy of sliding on snow in a setting that is focused on safety and success.

Cubs Adventure Camp is a full-day ski program at Dollar Mountain that helps young skiers develop foundational skills through guided instruction and plenty of mileage. With small group sizes and a fun, play-based approach, kids build confidence and prepare for future adventures on Baldy. Parents love our convenient Children’s Center for easy drop-off and pick-up.

Safety, fun, and progress—tailored to each young skier or rider.
Whether they're still thriving at Dollar or exploring Baldy for the first time, Bears Adventure Camp provides age- and ability-based coaching in a fun, supportive setting. Beginners work on foundational skills at Dollar, while intermediate and advanced campers on Baldy learn mountain safety, explore varied terrain, and discover hidden stashes with expert guidance. Small group ratios (6:1) ensure individual attention and steady progress.

Make turns, make friends, and make it count.
For teens, the mountain is a place to grow—as a skier or rider and as a person. Teen Adventure Camp focuses on challenge, independence, and connection. Teens are grouped by ability, with beginners learning at Dollar and more advanced skiers and riders taking on Baldy. With an emphasis on fun, social connection, and real-life lessons learned through mountain experiences, this program meets teens where they are.
Offered at Dollar and Bald Mountain. Available 12/23/25–1/7/26 & 2/13/26–2/22/26.
Any lessons canceled within 48 hours will be charged a 30% cancellation fee. If you elect to rebook on the same day, the fee will be reduced to 15%.
